Exercise to increase height in a short time

A good height helps to look good. And impression on others can be made if one has a good height. If you have a good height people will respect you.
Height increase exercise are
1. Swimming:- Height can be increased if you learn swimming and do swimming at least once a week.
2. Running:- Running is the best exercise to grow height. Running increase your blood flow. So running can be easily done.
3. Hanging:- Hanging helps you to increase your height upto 2 inches. Hanging can be considered as the best exercise to grow height. Hanging can be done for 15 seconds also you can repeat twice this exercise.
4. Cobra Stretch:- This exercise can increase your height. If you continue stretch your body. This exercise can be done for 30 seconds.
5. Jump Exercise:- First of all you have to stand on your toes and raise your hands up in the air and jump and again repeat the same for at least 1 minute you will find the best result with this exercise.
6. Yoga:- Yoga can helps you to increase height Surya Namaskar can be done to increase height.
