If you need to control your high blood pressure you have to simply change your lifestyle to do so. High blood pressure is generally occur if you do not do physical work. This problem is with many people in the world. Today we will discuss how to lower your blood pressure so here are the things that you have to follow in your lifestyle.

1 Do not take more salt in your food because if you take more salt you will have high blood pressure issue. Try not to eat salt in your food if you do so you will not have high blood pressure issue.
2 Exercise regularly so that you will not have blood pressure issue. The best exercise to control high blood pressure is running or you can walk around 2 kilometres, swimming, dancing, gym etc.
3 Consume daily high fruits and vegetables and you will not face this problem you can also consult your doctors about this.

High blood pressure is generally occur when you fight with others you may have high tensions to avoid this problem you have to be cool in this world. Though problems are with everyone but you have to stay happy always to control your blood pressure.
