Today height is very essential for everybody it's the youngsters problem that they don't have a good height. Because they don't take care of their own body at growing age and later they repent. Here are the few foods to increase height

2. Milk:- Milk and dairy products I very helpful to increase your height. Because in this vitamin minerals and calcium is found in quantity. Advisable to drink atleast two glass of milk daily.
3. Fish:- Fish is the high source of protein. And to eat fish in summer is not good for body. Advisable to eat fish in rainy or winter season.
4. Spinach:- In spinach vitamin and minerals are found. Spinach and other green vegetables are very good to increase height.
5. Oatmeal:- Another height increase food is oatmeal. It builds muscle mass and keep you strong.
6. Beans:- Beans are rich source of protein. You can eat beans in the form of dish or also you can eat boiled beans.
